Location

The modern apart-hotel is in the center of the most ancient city of Belarus - Polotsk. Absolutely new, recently constructed building  contains in itself not only apartments, but also simple rooms with shared facilities for more сheap travel.

The successful hotel's location in the historic center of the city allows walking on all sights. Also within walking distance are located railway and bus station, supermarkets, cafe and restaurants, movie theater, Promenade of Zapadnaya Dvina.

Hotel rooms are issued in individual style in neutral tones and arranged with classic furniture. In hotel there are only 17 numbers and apartments of different types:

• Family room. Double bed, extra bed, bed linen and towels, conveniences and kitchen on the floor.
  
• 4-beds room. 4 single beds, bed linen and towels, conveniences and kitchen on the floor.
  
• 5-beds room. 5 single beds, bed linen and towels, conveniences and kitchen on the floor.
  
• 6-beds room with kitchen. 6 singlebeds, bed linen and towels, conveniences near the room.
  
• 4-beds family room with kitchen. 4 single beds, bed linen and towels, conveniences near the room.
  
• Apartments-studio. (max capacity is 4 persons). The double bed, is a possibility of extra bed. In the apartment there are a TV, completely equipped kitchen, a hair dryer, a washing machine, WC, the knot, apartments with a balcony.
  
• Three-room apartments. (max capacity is 6 people). The double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, is the extra bed. In the apartment there are a TV, completely equipped kitchen, a hair dryer, a washing machine, WC, the knot, apartments with a balcony.
